Yoga Classes are two hours long and mixed levels. This provides time for deep work and individual attention. The advanced students practice side by side with the newest beginners. This reminds the advanced students how far they’ve come, and enables the beginners to form a clear idea of what they’d like to achieve. My students consist of yogis, athletes, and dancers who want to deepen their knowledge. My mature students appreciate my technique for injury avoidance, with classes structured to improve strength, posture, and flexibility. Those recovering from injury will find my class a perfect place to benefit from the therapeutic benefits of yoga. I also work with pre-natal and postpartum mothers.
